About The Role
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the planning, delivery, and review of age-appropriate coaching sessions that align with the club’s playing philosophy and long-term player development strategy. The Girls’ Academy Coach is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance learning environment that supports the holistic development of young female players across the five pillars: technical/tactical, physical, psychological, and social. The role plays a key part in identifying and nurturing talent within the girls’ academy pathway, ensuring that all players are supported to reach their full potential both on and off the pitch. The coach will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff to provide a well-rounded player experience and contribute to the club’s overall vision for women’s and girls’ football.
