The accountabilities of the Youth Development Phase Lead Coach shall include: Have responsibility for the organisation, management and delivery of the club's policies and procedures for the coaching and development of players in the Under-13 to Under-16 age groups. Oversee the administrative duties for the Youth Development Phase needs, including management of records on the PMA.
