Allerton United Football Club is a community‑focused club based in Bradford, committed to player development, inclusion, and progression. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Head Coach to lead our senior team, deliver high‑quality training sessions, and support players both on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured training sessions focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development
  • Manage match days including team selection, tactics, and in‑game decisions
  • Develop players across all ability levels, ensuring progression and confidence
  • Create season plans aligned with club goals
  • Work collaboratively with club staff to maintain high standards
  • Provide feedback, support, and guidance to players
  • Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and club policies are followed

Requirements

  • FA Introduction to Coaching Football (minimum)
  • FA Level 2 / UEFA C (preferred)
  • Experience coaching adults or youth players
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players
  • Commitment to inclusion, respect, and community values

Schedule

  • Training: 1 evening per week
