The Scottish FA is looking for a Head of Stadium to oversee the maintenance and development of Hampden Park Stadium and optimise its operational and commercial success.  The stadium hosts domestic and international football matches as well as major concerts and events and will also be one of the stadium hosts for UEFA EURO 2028, therefore the Head of Stadium will also lead on the delivery of events at Hampden Park providing first class experiences for our fans and customers, and ensuring the professional, efficient and safe operation of the stadium at all times.   The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in stadium or large estate management, proven leadership in delivering large-scale projects and events, strong budget management and stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and risk management.
