The Role: The main purpose of the job is to ensure the club provides a team to compete in league and cup competitions, or in the case of mini soccer to run a team or teams that play friendly fixtures against other clubs in the same age group. The manager/ coach will be expected to develop the abilities of players so that they achieve their maximum potential, at whatever level that might be.
