What You’ll Actually Do - Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions for players aged U5–U18 - Support development within an attacking, possession-based philosophy - Coach midweek sessions, weekends, and matches - Communicate confidently with players and parents - Represent the academy professionally at all times
Who This Role Is For - You can commit consistently to midweek evenings and weekends - You want to develop as a coach, not just “do sessions” - You’re positive, reliable, and comfortable leading groups - You hold FA Level 1 (or are actively working towards it)
Bonus (not essential): - Additional coaching or sports qualifications - Experience with grassroots or academy environments

International Trips - Portugal: All expenses paid + £300 (5 days) - Gothia Cup (Sweden): All expenses paid + £350/week
CPD & Progression - Regular in-house coach education - FA course access for high-performing coaches

As a prolific academy based around Central London, our main goal is to create an exciting football atmosphere for players & coaches to thrive, under the serious organisation behind it and ultimately enable opportunities to both of accessing top football academies pursuing their dreams of becoming professional footballers and/or coaches.
Our current training sitesinclude Archbishop's Park (Waterloo), Castlehaven CA (Camden), Paddington Rec Ground (Maida Vale), Vauxahll Powerleague, Wandsworth Common, and Whitefield School (Brent Cross).
We currently hold teams from 6 to 16 yr oldand need passionate people to help them excel in the beautiful game whether by assisting or leading football training sessions and/or competitive matches around North and South London.
