About The Role
Role Purpose
To lead and manage the goalkeeping coaching across the Women's first team, ensuring coaching, welfare and education philosophies are upheld and in line with the Club's Women's Performance Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor goalkeeping coaching and almost promote best practice.
Work with the First Team Head Coach to set targets and outcomes in line with the Women's Performance Plan.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with the First Team coaching staff.
Lead on First Team goalkeeping training sessions.
Ensure coaching files for all goalkeepers are maintained and up to date, including relevant Individual Development Plans (IDP).
Ensure timely and accurate updating of player information on the Women's player management system.
