Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Football and/or Goalkeeper Coaches to plan and deliver small group sessions for aspiring keepers. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training plans that focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
• Conduct engaging practice sessions that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Analyze player performance through video review and on-field observation to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help athletes enhance their gameplay.
• Foster a positive team culture by promoting discipline, respect, and resilience among players.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, trainers, and sports scientists to optimize athlete development programs.
• Organize and lead team drills, scrimmages, and competitive matches to build confidence and strategic thinking.

Experience

• Proven sports coaching experience within football.
• Strong background in teaching or mentoring athletes of various skill levels.
• Knowledge of football tactics, rules, and safety protocols essential for effective coaching.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
