Overview
The Manager, CRM & Digital Campaigns is a key supporting role on the Digital Marketing team, helping bring to life CRM campaigns across email, push, and digital channels. This role is hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal, while also serving as a collaborative partner to other Marketing functions including the Paid Media, Brand, and Content teams.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in the details, solves problems proactively, and brings a positive, team-first attitude to every project. Bonus points if you have experience working in sports or soccer—or just love the game.
Responsibilities
CRM Campaign Management
Build, QA, and launch campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on strategic briefs, using audience segmentation and dynamic content.
Execute and optimize in-app, push, and SMS notifications using OneSignal within the MLS app.
