THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
Support our strategic enterprise platform within the Human Resources processes and solution lifecycle (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors), as well as any other Technology related Product within the HR Technology landscape.
Be accountable for the complete lifecycle of the Products in scope; Including demand, delivery, operations, and release planning.
Manage incident, change and problem management including hands-on 1st and 2nd level support (SAP configuration/customizing) ad 3rd level support delivery by managing external IT partners.
Establish and maintain a trust relationship with the Business Stakeholders.
