Allerton United Football Club is a community‑focused club based in Bradford, committed to player development, inclusion, and progression. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Head Coach to lead our senior team, deliver high‑quality training sessions, and support players both on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structured training sessions focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development
Manage match days including team selection, tactics, and in‑game decisions
Develop players across all ability levels, ensuring progression and confidence
Create season plans aligned with club goals
Work collaboratively with club staff to maintain high standards
Provide feedback, support, and guidance to players
Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and club policies are followed
