Eastbourne Borough Women’s are looking for a coaching intern to come and work with our high performance women’s side. We have just achieved promotion to Tier 6, and duties will involve helping at both training sessions (evenings), and supporting on match days. This is a unique opportunity to learn from UEFA A and UEFA B coaches around how to plan and deliver sessions, analyse games and use data effectively. 

We are looking for a highly experienced technical lead to join our club. You will help lead on session delivery, and must be comfortable delivering engaging and detailed sessions at high tempo, linking in with our analysts and head coach. A knowledge of how to apply IDP's is essential. Training is Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 8-9.45pm at our stadium, and game days on Sunday.  UEFA B minimum plus experience in the women’s game.
