Based at Aylesford FC, you'll work closely with coaches and players to assess, treat and manage injuries, deliver rehabilitation programmes, and contribute to a safe, high-performance environment.  This casual role offers the opportunity to work within the FA talent pathway, providing pitch-side support at training sessions and fixtures while delivering injury prevention and recovery programmes tailored to individual players. You'll collaborate with staff and parents to ensure a holistic, player-centred approach aligned with FA standards and safeguarding priorities. We're looking for a qualified and organised physiotherapist or sports therapist with experience working with young athletes, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing female players.
