We are looking to bring in a full time staff coach with experience in a club competitive environment. Director role possible dependent on experience and administrative/curriculum development background. Potential to work with teams in the Elite Academy League (boys), NPL (boys), Girls Academy / GA Aspire, and/or N1 Pathway / Regional League Flexible start date, desired on or near August 1st, 2026. Essential Functions Head Coach 2-5 teams with Chicago Empire FC. Boys and/or Girls. Design and execute training sessions that align with age based curriculum and desired CEFC Methodology. Conduct team/player meetings and evaluations including Player Development Plans. Coordinate and manage game schedules  Utilize and implement technology within learning environment.
