DEPARTMENT: BCFC Academy REPORTS TO: Lead Cell Coach LOCATION: Robins High Performance Centre, BS8 3TN HOURS: Part Time, 16 hours per week Overview We are looking for a committed and exceptional person to join us as an Academy Coach within our U15/16s team: Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for planning and delivering coaching sessions that follow the club philosophy and deliver the coaching curriculum programme for your respective age. Responsible for your age group on match day, including to plan, observe and provide feedback regarding individual player performance. About The Role The Academy are looking to recruit enthusiastic and highly skilled coaches to be part of the Academy coaching departments across the YDP and FP phase. The successful applicants will be responsible for the delivery of the academy coaching programme.
