Cambridge United are recruiting Volunteers to work as Abbey Helpers on matchdays... The Club is seeking Abbey Helpers to help deliver a high-quality matchday experience for home and away fans, and to support club events based at the Cledara Abbey Stadium. All Abbey Helpers receive a free ticket for the match that they are volunteering for, a free food and drink voucher and a free ticket for an away game during the 2025/26 season. Abbey Helpers are required to: Engage with spectators on a matchday and deliver a warm welcome Assist spectators in entering the stadium on matchdays Being a first point of contact for the spectators entering the stadium Provide information and advice about the Stadium and facilities Deliver excellent customer service Signpost visitors to entrances, ticket office, club shop and on-site bars/catering outlets Ensure a good matchday experience for supporters
