Lightwater United FC are seeking a committed and ambitious First Team Coach to join our senior setup for the 2025/26 season. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing coach looking to step into the men’s game and gain genuine hands-on experience at Step 8 level.
You will be working directly alongside our First Team Manager , who is UEFA B Licensed with experience in Category 2 & Category 3 academies . This is a genuine coaching development pathway, with support, learning opportunities, and gradual progression of responsibilities for the right person.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Thursday night first team training sessions , with support from the Manager.
Assist with matchday preparation , including:
Warm-ups
Pre-match organisation
Support with substitutions and in-game feedback when appropriate.
Contribute to session planning, team development, and squad culture.
