Knaphill Football Club are looking to appoint a First Team Lead Coach to join our existing senior management team.
Competing at Step 5 in the Combined Counties Football League Premier Division South , we are looking for an experienced and ambitious coach who can bring their own ideas, standards and coaching identity into an established first-team environment.
Working alongside First Team Manager Mike Woolgar and Assistant Manager Daryl Cooper-Smith , the successful candidate will take a leading role in the planning and delivery of our first-team coaching programme.
This is not simply an opportunity to run sessions. We want somebody who can take genuine ownership of the coaching environment, challenge and develop our players, and add another dimension to what we already have.
