Then this could be position for you!  The First Team Assistant Manager supports the First Team Manager in preparing and running training sessions, matchday operations, and overall player development. This includes helping with tactics, motivating players, and ensuring the squad is well-organised and performing at its best. The role also involves stepping in when needed to support decision-making and maintain team standards both on and off the pitch.
