Department: Ticketing Reports To: Director, Ticket Operations POSITION OVERVIEW The Ticket Office Representative is a part-time, event-day position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting fans with ticket purchases and inquiries at GEODIS Park. This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless matchday experience by supporting ticket sales, processing transactions, and resolving ticket-related questions. Applicants must reside in the Nashville area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process ticket sales through Ticketmaster and assist guests with ticket purchases and ticketing issues.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service throughout all interactions.
Address general inquiries related to seating options, pricing, stadium policies, and event information.
Accurately complete credit card and cash transactions in accordance with Club procedures.
Reconcile and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift....
