Head Coach BCU Women’s Football 1st Team
REPORTS TO: BCU Sports Development Officer
JOB PURPOSE: Birmingham City University are recruiting a Head Coach for our Women’s Football programme. The successful candidate will lead the programme (approx. 6 hrs p/w Split across training, match days and admin tasks) across the University season. The Head coach will be expected to attend approx. 14 matches (Wednesday afternoons) across 26-week season plus one training per week (Monday evenings). Additional aspects of the role are explained in detail later in this job description.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: The successful individual would be employed as a casual staff member at Birmingham City University between September 2026 through to March 2027.
