Key accountabilities will include:
HR Systems, Data and Insight
Act as the lead for the Club’s HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system optimisation and effective utilisation across the HR team
Proactively identify opportunities to digitise manual HR processes, improving efficiency, accuracy and user experience
