You will be coaching the U8 age group in individual, small and full group sessions, utilising a Player Development programme which maximises the opportunities for young players to reach their full potential. Additionally, you will work within the pre-academy syllabus to plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate coaching sessions and ensure the sessions are logged in the coach’s manual. You will also lead teams on the Advanced Development Centre (ADC) match days versus other professional clubs, this will be approximately 2 fixtures a month.   You will monitor and assess the players in the ADC in training and in match performances.
