This will be a varied role that encompasses player preparation (e.g. treatments, strappings and taping), pitch-side medical cover (training and games), rehabilitation supervision (gym and pitch), treatment administration and injury mitigation (i.e. individual and group prehab sessions).  The purpose of this role: Contribute to a proactive, safe, and welfare-driven environment, prioritising player safety, safeguarding, and duty of care at all times.
