The Role:
We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable coaches to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality football sessions in line with our academy philosophy and support the development of grassroots and elite-level players.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, structured football sessions in accordance with VFA’s coaching syllabus
Teach age-appropriate skills, tactics, and game understanding
Identify player strengths and areas for development
