About Us:
Vision Football Academy (VFA) is a fast-growing, community-focused football organisation committed to delivering high-quality coaching across the Midlands. With over 1,800 players in our system and a strong reputation for player development, we pride ourselves on creating positive, structured, and inclusive environments for young people to thrive.
The Role:
We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable coaches to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality football sessions in line with our academy philosophy and support the development of grassroots and elite-level players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured football sessions in accordance with VFA’s coaching syllabus
- Teach age-appropriate skills, tactics, and game understanding
- Identify player strengths and areas for development
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to aid progression
- Promote positive lifestyle choices, wellbeing, and teamwork
- Support the creation of training programmes
- Maintain accurate registers and assist with basic admin duties
- Represent VFA in a professional manner at all sessions and events
Desirable Requirements:
- UEFA C (or working towards it)
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Emergency First Aid & Safeguarding Children certificates
- Access to reliable transport
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
