THE OPPORTUNITY
Mount Hamilton United Soccer Club is recruiting qualified Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for its U13 to U17 Boys and Girls teams in the Ontario Player Development League. OPDL is Ontario Soccer's standards-based high-performance youth training and competition program, with defined expectations for coach education, technical delivery, player development, safeguarding, and match-day conduct.
These roles are intended for coaches who can lead within a collaborative high-performance environment, apply a clear game model and periodized development plan, and consistently place the long-term needs of the individual player ahead of short-term team results.
