About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our LFC Retail Team as a Casual Retail Sales Advisor at our flagship Liverpool ONE Store.
What will you be doing?
Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
Processing sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently through our till systems.
Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
Building strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers on merchandise and promotions.
Driving sales performance through add-on sales, upselling and customer engagement.
Supporting the presentation of the store through effective merchandising and stock displays.
Assisting with stock control processes and helping to minimise stock loss.
Receiving, unpacking and replenishing deliveries to ensure products are available and well-presented.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets and maintain high operational standards....
