Full job description Job Overview To deliver high-quality football training sessions in line with We Make Footballers’ product standards. The Lead Coach supports the Academy Manager by leading coaching delivery for their group, ensuring children are engaged, learning, and having fun. The Lead Coach also helps guide and develop Assistant Coaches to deliver sessions confidently and effectively.
