We are seeking a dedicated Grassroots Academy Scouts to assist with the long-term vision of Ipswich Town Football Club in identifying and recruiting the most talented young players, aged U6s through to U16s, across particular regions such as Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The Grassroots Academy Scouts will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Club’s identification, recruitment, and scouting strategies for the Academy in line with the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). Working under the direction of the Head of Academy Recruitment, this role will focus on identifying and recruiting the most talented U6-U16 players available, ensuring adherence to the Club’s Player Profiles. Job Description About The Role Colchester United Football Club are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking physiotherapist / sports therapist to join the team and work part-time to within our Category 2 academy programme. The role entails providing medical cover for the U9-16s during both training sessions and games. Reporting directly to the Lead U9-16 Therapist and Senior Academy Physiotherapist, the role will be the assessment and management of injuries of the schoolboy academy.
