What to Expect The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach by coaching Cadet-athletes, recruiting, monitoring Cadet-athletes’ academic progress, scheduling, managing travel, overseeing the discipline and conduct of the Cadet-athletes.
