As the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, this individual is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the Women's Soccer program. This individual will exhibit professional behavior that enhances the respect for student athletes, the athletic department, and the University. This individual is required to assist in the direction and control of the soccer program in alignment with MIAA and NCAA, and University policies and procedures. Violation of NCAA, conference or university rules as an athletic department personnel member may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. This position will also work with the University Athletic Department on assisting in planning, developing and implementing the vision and goals of this department.
