As we look to take the next steps towards the WSL2 Football for the first team in the club's history, an exciting opportunity will emerge to join the club as Head of Women & Girls. Subject to our successful promotion, the role will lead, manage and strategically advance the club's female football provision from U10s through to the Women's First Team whilst ensuring that the programme is fully integrated into the Academy's infrastructure, aligned with it's technical, operational and performance standards.
