About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Physical Performance Coach to join the Liverpool FC Women’s First Team performance department. This is a primarily field-based, delivery-focused role responsible for the planning, delivery, and review of physical performance support across all training phases. Reporting to the Head of Performance, the successful candidate will work as a core member of the first team multidisciplinary team (MDT), designing and delivering individualised and team-based physical programmes that maximise player availability and enhance physical performance capabilities.
