Role Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in making purchases of retail merchandise, dealing with all enquiries and correspondence in a polite and effective manner.
Encourage upselling and increase productivity.
Work together with the wider retail team to maximize retail sales and profitability.
Cash handling, cash register operation and being responsible for balancing daily takings.
Handle the receipt and dispatch of goods where appropriate.
Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
Maintain a high level of security with regards to the retail stock and cash, having a working knowledge of all store policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to an effective retail team ethos.
Complete online orders for customers where stock is not available in store.
Reply to e-mails sent to the SUFC Retail inbox in a timely manner.
Personalisation and printing of shirts.
