Burton Albion Football Club is seeking an ambitious and experienced Academy Senior Lead Physiotherapist to take ownership of medical and sports science provision across our Academy from U9 to U18. Based at the Pirelli Stadium and training grounds in Burton-on-Trent, this is a high-impact role at the heart of player development within a professional football environment. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary medical team, delivering first-class assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programs while working closely with coaches and performance staff to maximize player availability and wellbeing.
