We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and fearless Football Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sussex football. This is a key strategic appointment joining us at an exciting time of growth, transformation and ambition. The role will play a key part in the new organisational restructure, which has streamlined eight departments into two, this role will help drive the next phase of our development. As a leader within the organisation, the Football Development Manager will work closely with the Club Development Manager to grow and improve participation and player experience.
