JOB PURPOSE Support the growth and engagement of Luton Town’s Academy social media channels through regular, creative, and high-quality social content. Ensure all Academy social media activity is consistent with the Club’s overall communications strategy and brand standards. Contribute new and creative ideas to help increase audience reach, engagement, and follower growth across platforms. Create story-driven posts and short-form video content that align with the Club’s digital tone and visual identity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the day-to-day creation and publishing of content across all of the Club’s social media platforms, with a particular focus on the Academy.
