The Fredericksburg Soccer Club Incorporated (FSCI), a youth soccer club based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, has an opening for a Girls Director of Coaching. FSCI offers a travel soccer program, recreation academy program, and training programs.
Director of Coaching, Girls : 1 Full-time position available. The Girls Director of Coaching (DOC) will work with the girls’ team coaches/players and coach teams. We are looking for an individual who values player development, creating a positive training environment, and can provide parent education initiatives.
Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:
Work with the coaches in the girls’ program.
Coach teams in the girl’s program
Recruit and identify players for the girls’ program
Ensure coaching coverage exists for all games and practices
Work with the technical director to implement the curriculum and culture.
