We are seeking a dedicated Grassroots Academy Scouts to assist with the long-term vision of Ipswich Town Football Club in identifying and recruiting the most talented young players, aged U6s through to U16s, across particular regions such as Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The Grassroots Academy Scouts will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Club’s identification, recruitment, and scouting strategies for the Academy in line with the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). Working under the direction of the Head of Academy Recruitment, this role will focus on identifying and recruiting the most talented U6-U16 players available, ensuring adherence to the Club’s Player Profiles. The successful candidate will play a vital part in shaping the Category 1 Academy’s future by helping to discover and recruit players who have the potential to progress through the Player Performance Pathway.
