About the role We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Assistant First Team Analyst to join the Liverpool FC Women’s First Team performance department. Based at the AXA Melwood Training Ground and reporting to the Lead Performance Analyst, the successful candidate will work as an important member of the first team multidisciplinary team (MDT), capturing and analysing training sessions with a focus on game plan development on the training pitch. They will work in close collaboration with a wider performance analysis department (Lead Performance Analyst & Data Analyst) to help deliver an elite analysis provision. About the role We are seeking a Head of Academy Medical & Performance to provide strategic leadership, clinical governance, and operational oversight of all medical, physical performance, rehabilitation, and player psychology services within the Academy. The role is responsible for designing and embedding an integrated, evidence‑led medical and performance strategy that supports long‑term athlete development, and enables sustainable progression.
