Job Overview The First Team Physiotherapist will be responsible for the daily delivery of physiotherapy services to First Team players, ensuring the highest standards of injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Working closely with the Lead Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, Club Doctor and Performance Department, the postholder will play a key role in maximising player availability, reducing injury risk and supporting optimal physical performance throughout the season. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care, oversee the management of acute and chronic injuries, contribute to return-to-play decision-making, and support the implementation of evidence-based medical and performance strategies within a high-performance football environment.
