JOB PURPOSE Oversee and organise the preparation, cooking and delivery of food. Assist the kitchen team with menu creation, recipes and development of dishes ensuring variety and quality. Assist with kitchen stock and waste management, keep cooking station stocked and ready for service. Manage food and product ordering. The Club Nutritionist is responsible for delivering and developing nutritional strategies across the First Team and Academy, supporting performance, recovery, health, and long-term athlete development.    This role would sit uniquely between both the First Team and Academy, delivering nutritional strategies aimed at enhancing recovery, health and long-term athlete development.   The role focuses on integrating nutritional practices into the daily environment, supporting staff education, and building sustainable, evidence-based systems aligned with the club’s performance philosophy.  The Club Nutritionist reports to the Director of Medical & Performance and is operationally managed by the First Team Head of Medical & Performance.
