Position Summary The Facility and League Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the soccer facility and managing all facility-based leagues, rentals, tournaments, programs, and special events. This position serves as the primary on-site leader. It ensures that the facility is safe, clean, organized, properly staffed, and prepared to provide an excellent experience for players, coaches, families, referees, rental groups, and visitors. Overview A janitorial custodian maintains, cleans, and sanitizes buildings, to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Key duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation. Minor repairs will be as needed.
