The role of a Residential Staff team member is to oversee the student-athletes in the residential setting of SDFC’s Right to Dream Academy. This  part-time  role requires the individual to provide the highest standard of care and take responsibility for the safety and well-being of the student-athletes who live, go to school, and train at our campus.
