Job Description
London Bees Football Club is currently seeking a Women’s Team Goalkeeping Coach to deliver a high standard of coaching within in the current programme, whilst creating and maintaining an elite coaching environment. Key Accountabilities: - To deliver goalkeeping sessions to the first team in conjunction with the first team staff. - To plan, deliver & review first team goalkeeping sessions, motivating and challenging the goalkeepers & ensuring the highest standard of coaching is maintained at all times, motivating and challenging goalkeepers. - To ensure each goalkeeper is coached as an individual via the implementation of management protocols and reviews that are tailored and designed to maximise the potential of that individual. - To assist with the coaching of Reserve goalkeepers. - To monitor and lead all goalkeeping coaching standards across any Reserve / youth groups, implementing initiatives such as coach mentoring, coach filming and...
