London Bees Football Club is currently seeking a Women’s Team Goalkeeping Coach to deliver a high standard of coaching within in the current programme, whilst creating and maintaining an elite coaching environment.

Key Accountabilities:
- To deliver goalkeeping sessions to the first team in conjunction with the first team staff.
- To plan, deliver & review first team goalkeeping sessions, motivating and challenging the goalkeepers & ensuring the highest standard of coaching is maintained at all times, motivating and challenging goalkeepers.
- To ensure each goalkeeper is coached as an individual via the implementation of management protocols and reviews that are tailored and designed to maximise the potential of that individual.
- To assist with the coaching of Reserve goalkeepers.
- To monitor and lead all goalkeeping coaching standards across any Reserve / youth groups, implementing initiatives such as coach mentoring, coach filming and feedback.
- To ensure there is a comprehensive Goalkeeping Coach CPD program implemented to improve understanding of the game model and playing style.
- To maintain a working knowledge of best practice in player development.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate standards, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrating a professional conduct to all participating personnel and players.

Skills & Experience:
- UEFA B licence/GK licence or above
- Strong previous experience of goalkeeping coaching in a professional football environment.
- Approachable and able to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Confident & engaging within group setting.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work within a team environment.
- Must have a desire to develop & improve.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and match days.
- Experience in senior women’s football.
