Main Responsibilities: • Commercial Strategy & Growth: Lead on the formulation and delivery of commercial strategies that drive sustained revenue growth across all venue sales channels, ensuring alignment with the wider objectives set by the Head of Sales - Venue. • Sales Team Performance: Oversee performance, ensuring KPIs are met, diaries are optimised, and yield is maximised.
