We are seeking an enthusiastic Food, Beverage and Events Supervisor to join our Food, Beverage and Events team. Working within an EFL club, the role oversees delivery of Food and Beverage on match days in the successful candidates delegated area. If successful, the person will be allocated to an area that they will supervise. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring high standards of service are delivered across concessions and hospitality areas. A strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency is essential.   Key Responsibilities  Supervise catering operations on match days and events Coordinate staff and workflow  Maintain food safety compliance Communicate with the wider team to ensure efficient delivery of food and beverage Monitor customer experience and operational performance  Work with the Head of department and Food and Beverage Manager to manage orders and stock levels.  ...
