Line Manager : Head of Inclusion
Role Summary: The role will lead the implementation, logistics and growth of the Foundation’s SEND & Disability provision.
Objectives
Maximise awareness, attendance, quality assurance and impact of the Foundation’s Realising potential programme.
Provide pathways for participants to progress within the realising potential programme and into the wider opportunities.
Achieve all department outcomes and performance targets.
