The role involves the tracking of players target grades and actual attainment. Work closely with the Safeguarding & Well-being and support, players, and support staff to ensure the continued growth and readiness of athletes for progression to senior-level football.

Contract Type: Casual Hours: Wednesdays or Thursdays Closing date for applications: 21 July 2026 This is an exciting tutoring role, working with talented young people within a professional football academy, supporting individuals with their academic development and learning. This role is specific to Maths and English qualified tutors and will be working with students across Key Stages 3 & 4. As part of the education programme, all academy schoolboy players are provided with further learning opportunities during their ‘Hybrid Training’ sessions. This role therefore exists to provide a bespoke and targeted education which allows players to access tutoring which aims to ensure they achieve their target grade. All lessons will be facilitated in person and tutors are expected to deliver on either a Wednesday and/or Thursday (16:00 – 17:15).
